Ph.D. candidate at Yonsei University
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Yonsei University, advised by Prof. Donghyun Kim. My research interests lie broadly in optics and photonics, with a particular emphasis on computational imaging and nanophotonics. By integrating optical system design with advanced computational methods, I have developed imaging platforms including super-resolution microscopy, label-free holographic imaging and metasurface-integrated devices. Through this work, I aim to push the boundaries of optical imaging and enable versatile applications in biophotonics, nanotechnology, and next-generation display systems.

(2025-10) My paper on near-isotropic imaging was published in Nature Communications!
(2025-09) I gave a talk at the China-Korea Joint Forum on Advanced Optical Microscopy 2025 in Peking University, Beijing.
(2025-07) I won the Best Paper Award at OPC 2025 (OSK).
(2025-01) I started to serve as President of the Yonsei SPIE Student Chapter.
(2023-06) I was awarded Basic Science Research Program grant from the NRF of Korea funded by the Ministry of Education (2 yrs, PI).
